Payment

We currently accept prepaid online payments through the available Razorpay checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Shipping charges

Orders above ₹1200 qualify for free standard shipping unless a product or promotion states otherwise. Orders below the threshold may carry the shipping charge shown at checkout.

Delivery

Standard delivery estimate: 7–10 days from successful payment. We show the expected delivery window with the order where available. Actual delivery can vary due to destination, courier conditions, weather, holidays and other events outside our reasonable control.

Order tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be shared through the order communication channel. Keep your order ID for support requests.

Incorrect address

Please review your address, city and pincode before paying. Delays or additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may not be recoverable.

Damaged or wrong delivery

If the parcel or product arrives damaged, wrong or materially different from the listing, contact support promptly with evidence so the issue can be reviewed under the applicable return/refund policy.
