RETURNS & REFUNDS.

Our standard retail policy is designed for prepaid online orders. Please read the product information, size guide and delivery details before payment.

Standard policy: Change-of-mind returns, size changes, colour preference changes and product exchanges are not offered.

1. No change-of-mind return or exchange

Once an order has been paid and accepted, we do not provide returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, chooses the wrong size, prefers another colour or no longer wants the item.

2. Defective, wrong or materially misdescribed goods

If an item is defective, materially different from what was advertised, spurious, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos/video of the issue. Applicable consumer-law rights are not excluded by this policy.

3. Delivery issues

If an order is not delivered within the stated delivery schedule, contact support. Remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

4. Refund method

Where a refund is legally or contractually due and approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer. Approved refunds will be processed within the applicable timeframe.

5. Cancellation

Because orders are prepaid, cancellation requests should be sent to support as early as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after order processing or dispatch has begun.

6. How to report an issue

Email support@adityamishrastore.in with your order ID, registered email/phone and evidence of the issue. We will review the request and provide a ticket/reference where appropriate.

Important: Indian e-commerce rules require clear disclosure of return/refund terms and do not allow a seller to simply refuse remedies for defective, deficient, spurious, wrongly described or certain late-delivered goods. This policy therefore does not remove those applicable statutory rights.
